These terms govern services provided by Nordic Interface, operated by SNEAKERS AND MORE AS (organization number 934 467 612), Rødtvetveien 71, 0955 Oslo, Norway.
Service scope: Nordic Interface configures AI customer-service agents for each client’s approved business use case. Plans may include setup, monthly subscriptions, integrations, conversation capacity, and additional usage charges as described in the applicable plan or agreement.
Client responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate configuration information, reviewing agent behavior before deployment, and ensuring they have the right to provide all content and data used with the service.

Privacy and data: The parties will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law and the Privacy Policy. Where Nordic Interface processes personal information for a client, the client remains responsible for its instructions, lawful basis, and notices to affected individuals.
